What exactly is Store10?
A ready-made online store available on a monthly or annual subscription. The Firstidea team sets it up with your branding, hosts it, keeps it updated and supports you. You focus on your products and sales.
How much does it cost?
€30 a month with monthly billing, or €300 a year with annual billing, equivalent to €25 a month. There is no setup fee. Add-ons such as Skroutz or BOX NOW have their own prices, shown on the pricing page before you decide. Prices exclude VAT.
What is not included in the subscription?
Your domain, bank transaction fees, marketplace and courier subscriptions, advertising budget and third-party licences. You pay these directly to the providers.
When will my store be ready?
Our target is up to 72 hours after we receive your logo, colours and business details. If you need something specialised, such as ERP integration or migration from another store, we agree the timeline at the start.
Who adds the products?
You can add them through the admin panel, which is in Greek. If you already have an Excel or CSV file, we can import up to 300 products for a one-off fee of €80. For larger catalogues or full product entry with copy and images, we provide a quote.
Can I migrate my existing store?
Yes. We migrate products, customers and orders from your current platform following a technical review. Migration is quoted separately.
